MiniTest 650-650B-650E Coating Thickness Gauge


The MiniTest 650 rugged coating thickness gauge with a fixed external probe offering measurement of all non-magnetic coatings on steel and all insulating coatings on non-ferrous metals, Which is especially designed to work in rough environments as well as on abrasive surfaces, e.g. shot-blasted steel, plasma spray-coated surfaces and ideal tool for any measuring task in the finishing industry. The MiniTest 650 is designed in such way which makes it easy-to-handle and combines extended mechanical life on the one hand and high accuracy on the other hand to meet the requirements of any professional user in the shipbuilding, automotive, bridge building, construction or other industry.

MiniTest 650 F
To measure non-magnetic coatings (varnishes, enamels, chromium etc.) on ferromagnetic substrates (e.g. steel used in construction and for the auto body).
With statistics display (number of readings taken, mean values, standard deviation, maximum, minimum).
Measuring range 0 to 3 mm.

To measure insulating coatings (varnishes, enamels, anodic coatings etc.) on non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass etc.).
With statistics display (number of readings taken, mean values, standard deviation, maximum, minimum).
Measuring range 0 to 2 mm.
MiniTest 650 FN
To measure non-magnetic coatings (varnishes, enamels etc.) on ferromagnetic substrates (e.g. steel used in construction and for the auto body) and to measure insulating coatings (varnishes, enamels, anodic coatings etc.) on non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass etc.).
